A View of the System Engineering done on the systems in the enterprise.

Note: This does not suggest that the Enterprise Architecture actually define and execute all the systems engineering. It is simply that this particular view should be able to be queried and answers found quickly in order to ensure that these aspects are being considered.

EA are responsible for bringing it all together, but not necessarily the for defining the content of what is brought together.
