Proj.Feasibility

This is a pre-Unified Process Phase which is defined to allow funds for a small team of people to establish the feasibility of doing a project, or to obtain enough funding to instantiate an Inception Phase for a large to medium sized Project.

It is optional, and it is very dependent upon the praticular organisations process for kicking off projects or endevours.
