Joint Application Development (JAD)

While JAD techniques were initially implemented out of a need for Software developers to interact directly with the Business, it is a fantastic technique which is just as useful in principle for Architects to use in talking to the Business on strategic, Business Architecture and other EA type issues (even Technical Infrastructure Architecture)
