Starting from existing information in the organisation and from those in the know, hold a series of workshops to gather an inventory of all current Technologies in the organisation. This will then become the first point of contact for all information about the Technology Architecture.

Ensure this is captured in a central store that can be maintained by multiple users concurrently.
