This Business Use Case / Capability describes a process to define a starting point for the Services to be offered by the EA practice (this is likely to change over time as it matures). Define the internal services the EA Practice should offer as well as the likely external services. Establish who the likely stakeholders are and who owns and is responsible for the services.

Also define the benefits that will be derived by having these Services available to the stakeholders. These benefits will then play a key part in communicating to the senior management and helping to help obtain the buy-in required to pursue the Enterprise Architecture Practice.
