Data is found in every aspect of computing and hece could manifest itself at any level of architecture:

• Business Architecture - Conceptual Data that Business Processes manipulate and need, Data about Business Objects on Domain models.
• Information System Architecture - Defining the Logicaland Physical database, messaging and service requirements, designs and implementations.
• Technology Architecture - Data in physical schemas, databases, data warehouses, files, etc. Also data about the Technology itself, such as monitoring data, configuration items, Network Protocol data, etc.
